Subject: School Picture Orders and Distribution Information Dear Parents and Guardians, We wanted to inform you that school pictures for families who have already purchased them will be sent home with students on Friday, October 4th. If you have not yet ordered your child's pictures, there is still time to do so! Strawbridge Studios has introduced a convenient way to access your child's picture gallery using their NEW Code Lookup Tool. You can simply scan the QR code (included in the flyer) and follow the instructions. There is no need to contact customer service for an access code. However, please note that you will need your child's last name and student ID number for security purposes. If you have any questions or encounter issues with the Code Lookup Tool, Strawbridge Studios' Customer Service team is available to help via the Live Chat feature on their website: www.strawbridge.net.

Hello Panther Family! Walk 2 School week is quickly approaching and a form is coming home. Please only fill out the form and return to school if you do not want your student walking to school from Food Lion with adult supervision and local emergency service personnel directing traffic. We have an exciting opportunity for families and community members tonight, Thursday, September 12 at KCMS from 5:30-8 PM. There will be a free screening of The Right to Read Documentary with a reception before and a panel presentation afterward. As we approach the Labor Day weekend, we want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your family. Please note that all schools will be closed on Monday, September 2nd, in observance of the holiday. We also want to inform you that the Virginia Department of Health has provided our school division with COVID-19 rapid antigen tests at no cost. Next week, each student and staff member will receive a box containing two tests to take home. If you or your child experiences any symptoms of COVID-19 we strongly encourage you to use these tests. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: • Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Sore throat • Congestion or runny nose • Fatigue • Muscle or body aches • Headache • Nausea or vomiting • Diarrhea Please remember to report any positive test results to your child's school nurse.
