Dear Parents and Guardians,
Starting on Monday, September 25th when students are tardy (after 7:50 am) you will need to park your vehicle in the parking lot and you must walk your student to the door.
We will have cones and signage in place please do not move them, park your vehicle in the designated parking spaces. From there, walk your student up to the front door of the school and ring the doorbell.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in implementing these changes. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of all our students, and your support is crucial in achieving this goal.

Dear Parents and Guardians:
We will be partnering with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank once again this year to offer the Family BackPack Program. The purpose of this program is to provide nutritious meals to families who have trouble affording enough food. Bags of food will be distributed to participating children on the last day they are in school for the week.
The food bags are designed to help feed more people and give more support to family food budgets. Products in the bags will contain items such as oatmeal, pasta, fruits and vegetables, peanut butter and jelly, and beans and rice. These items can be used as part of household meals. All families receive the same amount of food.
All children in our school are eligible for the program. There is no cost to you or your child. Participating in this program does not exclude you from also accessing food from local food pantries. To find food pantries in your community, please visit https://foodfinder.brafb.org
If you would like your child to participate in the program, please fill out the form below and return it to the school as soon as possible. If you have any questions about this program, please feel free to email Thea Jordan at tjordan@waynesboro.k12.va.us
