(For Children Ages 0-12)
ANGEL TREE REGISTRATION WILL BE IN-PERSON THIS YEAR!

October 7 – 9, 2024
9:30 – 11:30 am & 1:00 – 4:00 pm
October 10, 2024
9:30 – 11:30 am & 1:00 – 6:00 pm
October 14 – 17, 2024
9:30 – 11:30 am & 1:00 – 4:00 pm
(doors will be locked 15 minutes prior to closing times)

The Salvation Army, 900 B Street, Waynesboro
1. To Apply, 1 of the following must be true. (Documentation will be required)
- Parent is working.
- Parent is enrolled in college classes, Vo-Tech, or Adult Ed.
- Parent is receiving disability income.
- Guardian has LEGAL documentation showing custody of child(ren).
2. Required Documents.
- Valid picture ID for head of household.
- Certified birth certificates for ALL children in the home - NO COPIES, ORIGINALS ONLY (**WE CANNOT ACCEPT SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS**).
- Proof of all household income for 1 month including pay stubs and letters verifying SSI, SSDI, TANF, SNAP (Must have letter – Not The Card), and child support.
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rent/lease receipt).
3. Gift Requests.
- Gift requests must cost under $50.00.
- No video games or systems, electronics (computers, tablets, cellphones…) or gift cards can be requested.
- No requests for bicycles will be accepted.
4. No application will be started unless ALL documents are brought to appointment.
Finance Class Graduates Will Have Priority.
