Waynesboro Public Schools is excited to introduce Rooms, the new two-way communication and messaging tool that integrates directly with the Waynesboro Public Schools app, providing a single platform for all communications.

The Waynesboro Public Schools app is available to the families and the greater community. All public news from the schools will be available on the app as well as important documents, calendars, and other publicly available information form our website.

Rooms is part of the WPS app, but is only available to the guardians of students. Rooms exists as a part of the WPS app and will require registration and sign in. This allows two way communication with teachers and the school system, much like a text message. Rooms keeps all communications between families and staff private and safe. Rooms is also where teachers will post announcements and news that happen in your child's classroom.

The Rooms app and our Alerts system (for emergencies, weather delays, late buses, etc) is fed information from PowerSchool our student records and registration system. Please make sure you have the correct information in PowerSchool to ensure you get messages from WPS.
